摘要

宋慈所寫的《洗冤集錄》是中國第一部、也是世界第一部系統性的法醫學著作。但海內外的《洗冤集錄》研究者，或把焦點放在該書的原始法醫學理，又或是著重該書的法制史、法醫史價值。如果言及該書的寫作條件，也多半只用「兩宋科技水準」或「兩宋理學思想」幾句話匆匆帶過。是以筆者擬利用本文，試著儘量顧及各方面來說明宋慈寫作《洗冤集錄》的內外條件，以提供相關議題的研究基礎。

＂Xi Yuan Ji Lu＂(洗冤集錄) is the first systematic forensic writings in the world. But the original forensic researchers of the home and abroad only focus on the legal history and forensic History value of that. Speaking of the writing conditions of the book, most people give only a few words like ＂the Song Dynasty (宋朝) technological standards＂, or ＂ the Song Dynasty(宋朝) Neo-Confucianism＂ rush with. So we try to use this article to give a full description about writing conditions of ＂Xi Yuan Ji Lu＂(洗冤集錄), and try to provide the basis for further study of related issues.
