台灣地區食品加工廠簡易廢水處理研究

The Study of Simple Design for Wastewater Treatment of Food Processing Plants in Taiwan

摘要


台灣地區蔬果生產豐富,食品加工廠多,為建立簡易食品加工廠廢水處理條件,以符合國家放流水之要求標準,本研究擬以簡易排放水之前處理達成此一目的。本研究以蔬果加工廠廢水現有資材為研究,於原始食品加工廢水調整pH、以尼龍細網先過濾去除固體雜質、並增加截油槽設備後,評估處理前後,對於廢水特性產生之影響。由本研究發現可以調整pH、再以尼龍細網過濾去除固體雜質,調節轉速、流速,並增加截油槽設備等方法,使食品加工廠廢水穩定化,降低SS及COD值,符合國家放流水標準。

Taiwan region has high fruits and vegetables production, and food processing plants. This study intends to create a simple condition of wastewater treatment plant to meet the requirements of national standards of wastewater discharge. In this study, fruit and vegetable processing waste materials for the conditions existing at the start of fruits and vegetables before wastewater, we put fine mesh nylon filter to remove solid impurities and increase the cut-off-oil-tank device, the evaluation before and after treatment for wastewater impact of its characteristics and points lower SS, COD and BOD impact assessment applied to fruits and vegetables, the feasibility of wastewater treatment plants. The results show that after the removal of solid impurities, will significantly reduce the SS and COD values and odors occur in order to meet the requirements of national standards. This research can really fine mesh nylon filter to remove solid impurities first and add cut-ff-oil-tank equipment easily way to make fruits and vegetables wastewater stabilization, can reduce the SS and COD values to meet the requirements of national standards in food processing plants.
