本研究旨在探討唇腭裂青少年自我概念與生活適應之關係。本研究採用便利取樣,以一百零二學年度全台國中及高中的唇腭裂青少年共105位為研究對象。研究以問卷調查法,使用「田納西自我概念量表」與「生活適應量表」為研究工具,並將所得資料透過統計套裝軟體SPSS,以描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Person積差相關等統計方法加以分析。本研究主要發現:一、唇腭裂青少年自我概念屬中等程度,介於40T~60T之間,與一般常模無異;生活適應為中上程度。二、不同教育階段之唇顎裂青少年在自我概念中的「生理自我」有差異。性別與不同類型診斷在自我概念上無差異。三、不同性別與之唇腭裂青少年在生活適應中的「學校適應」有差異。教育階段、與不同類型診斷在生活適應上無差異。四、唇腭裂青少年自我概念的各層面和總分與生活適應的各層面和總分多數具有顯著低度至中度正相關。依研究分析結果提出三點建議:(一)關注不同教育階段之唇顎裂青少年之「生理自我」;(二)關注不同性別之唇腭裂青少年之學校適應;(三)強化唇腭裂者之「心理自我」及「社會自我」有助於生活適應之提升。
The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among self-conceptand life adjustment of adolescents with cleft lip and/or palate. Convenient sampling was utilized in this research and 105 participants from junior and senior high schools were recruited. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson's product-moment correlation. The study results were as following: 1. The self-concept and life adjustment of adolescents with cleft lip and/or palate are above average. The scores between 40T~60T, same with norm scores. 2. There is a difference on physical-self of the self-concept between junior and senior high schools. 3. There is a difference on school adjustment of the life adjustment between genders. 4. Most subsacles and total score of self-concept and life adjustment of adolescents with cleft lip and/or palate show significantly low to medium positive correlations. According to the results of the study, researcher provides three suggestions: 1. paying attention to physical-self of the self-concept between junior and senior high schools. 2. paying attention to school adjustment of the life adjustment between genders. 3. strengthening cleft by the "psychological-self" and "Social-self" can to improve the life adjustment.
