園藝治療效益評估量表建置
Developing Measurement Scale of Horticulture Therapy
摘要
許多研究已證實園藝治療可帶來生理、心理、情感及社交等效益，然發展園藝治療計畫時，使用於評估園藝治療效益的量表，幾乎都翻譯自國外量表亦或結合不同的評估量表再自行修正，其適用性需要再檢視，綜觀國內評量工具之編制至今尚未有一套屬於本土性的園藝治療效益評估表，因此，本研究之目的乃在於建置園藝治療效益評估量表。本研究依循量表發展之步驟，建構完整園藝治療效益評估量表，首先透過園藝治療相關文獻蒐集，經過專家審核後，共獲得48個題項。本研究之研究對象以立意抽樣選取256位有效樣本，經項目分析、探索型因素分析，共萃取出5項因素分別為：社會互動效益、認知強化效益、心理康健效益、自我提升效益及生理促進效益，總解釋變異量為60%，各分量表內部一致信度係數介於.803-.929之間，全量表內部一致信度係數為.961，再進行驗證型因素分析，透過違犯估計、整體適配及內在結構適配指標評鑑，逐一刪除不適配項目，結果證實本量表具有良好信效度。研究結果園藝治療效益評估量表共21題，可提供未來園藝治療研究評估工具之參考。

Horticulture therapy is seen as a process utilizing plants and horticultural activities to improve social, educational, psychological and physical adjustment of persons thus improving their body, mind, and spirit. However, when evaluating benefits of horticulture therapy, most of researchers adopt or modify the existing measurement scales, their reliability need to be examined. Up to date, there still lacks of the benefit assessment measurement scale of horticulture therapy which is suitable for Taiwan's population. Therefore, the purposes of this research are to establish the benefit assessment measurement scale of horticulture therapy. To accomplish the research purposes, this study followed the scale making procedures to construct the comprehensive benefit assessment measurement scale of horticulture therapy. Through analyzing literature and examining by expert, the study obtained 48 items at first. By using purposive sampling method, 256 valid samples were collected. After performing item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, five factors were extracted and 60% of variance can be explained. These factors included benefit of social interaction, benefit of cognitive reinforcement, benefit of psychological health, benefit of self-advancement, and benefit of physiological enhancement. The internal consistency of each sub-scale (0803 - .929) and total scale (.961) are quite high. Furthermore, the study performed confirmatory factor analysis, the data showed that benefit assessment measurement scale of horticulture therapy has good validity and reliability. Overall to say, the scale included 21 variables that can be used as an evaluation tool for horticultural therapy in the future.
