Influenced by Post-colonialism, few people can strictly stick to tradition. Will the prevailing globalization completely destroy the specialties of "regional" culture? Through the comparison of changes of Pentecostalism, a branch of Christianity, in Russian nationality of China, today and yesterday, and the analysis of its cultural identity, it is proved that the effects of globalization cannot be overlooked. However, if there is a conversation based on equality and co-existence in a multi-cultural and multilingual context, localization of national and group culture will be the winner in a fairly long historical period.
