足底筋膜炎之針灸治療

摘要

本病例為確實評估與探討針灸對於足底筋膜炎之療效針灸治療疼痛改善後可用六味地黃丸一類強腎滋陰以顧本。另外，足底筋膜炎的疼痛，主要還是取決於病人的生活習慣。若久行久站之生活型態無法改變，縱使治癒也極易復發。因此，正確衛教病人改變其生活型態極教導適切的復健運動就變得極為重要。
