摘要

在台灣，乳癌是婦女癌症發生率的第1位，死亡率第4位之癌症，容易發生乳癌轉移的器官，肺部為其中之一，本篇醫案即聚焦於乳癌轉移至肺部，壓迫到“喉返神經”所引發的「聲帶麻痺」，來做為中醫介入治療討論的核心。本醫案經由中醫針、藥治療，從而緩解其病症，足證中醫之療效，可彌補西醫治療之瓶頸。

In Taiwan, breast cancer is the first cancer in women's incidence and the fourth cancer in death rate. The lung is one of the organs that are prone to breast cancer metastasis. This medical case focuses on the metastasis of breast cancer to the lung. The "vocal cord paralysis" caused by the compression of the "recurrent laryngeal nerve" is the core of the discussion of TCM interventional treatment. This medical case is treated with acupuncture and medicine in traditional Chinese medicine, so as to alleviate the symptoms. It fully proves the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and can make up for the bottleneck of western medicine treatment.
