摘要

品質保證作業應起始於儀器開始安裝時，對放射腫瘤部門來說完整的接收測試非常重要。經過相關文獻的研讀，我們制訂本次電腦斷層模擬定位儀接收測試共分為5 個部分，分別為1.安全測試2.機械性測試3.影像品質4.輻射劑量及5.綜合測試，主要工具包含：一般商業假體、輻射劑量系統、輻射軟片……。進行接收測試，需與工程師確定機器軟、硬體安裝妥當。經反覆測試調校之後，本科西門子Somatom Emotion 6 CT-SIM 通過所有的測試。接收測試不僅可發現機器問題立即調校，增加使用者的信心，更重要的是可制訂出標準接收測試項目及程序並留下完整的測試結果供未來品保作業比對。

The Quality Assurance (QA) process should begin with the installation of the computed tomography simulator (CT-SIM). A well-designed acceptance test for CT-SIM is, therefore, essential for modern radiation oncology departments. For these CT-SIM acceptance tests, we researched and studied the related reference materials. The acceptance tests are composed of five main elements: 1.Safety Tests 2. Mechanical Tests 3. Image Quality 4. Radiation Dose and 5. Comprehensive Tests. Commercial phantom, ion chamber, electrometer and other tools are used in these acceptance tests. Before performing the tests, we first determined, in close collaboration with the engineering team, whether all of the installed software and hardware components were operating efficiently. Our Siemens Somatom Emotion 6 CT-SIM acceptance tests were all passed after adjustments to the machine had been made. Finally, we list the recommended operating procedures for our department. The CTSIM accurate acceptance tests can adjust the machine to achieve optimum performance which can assist in identifying quality problems in advance and enhance user confidence. Importantly, the test will also provide a record for reference in future QA testing.
