The Experiences of Integrated PET \ MRI Acceptance Test for Image Quality
摘要
自2011年12月第一台整合式正子斷層/磁振造影儀（integrated positron emission tomography / magnetic resonance imaging scanner, Integrated PET/MRI scanner）公開發表以來，至2014年10月，全世界已有六十餘台整合式PET/MRI在臨床造影上使用。林口長庚醫院核醫科於2014年7月下旬完成整合式PET/MRI安裝，及之後的接收與評估測試，目前主要應用在「臨床研究」與「臨床檢查服務」 兩方面。本文為一回顧性報告，對於本科在2014年進行的PET（含NEMA測試）與MRI影像品質測試（磁本體與表面線圈），針對相關項目與其數據分析結果提出報告及經驗分享。

The first integrated whole-body positron emission tomography / magnetic resonance imaging scanner (integrated PET/MRI scanner, Biograph mMR) was released in 2011. Until October 2014, there were over sixty integrated PET/MR scanners in service around the world. In late July, 2014, we have completed the installation and later, acceptance test of a fully integrated PET/MR scanner (Biograph mMR). Since then, the PET/MR scanner is mainly used for both research and clinical service. In this article, the experience and results of the acceptance test for performance evaluation of both PET (including NEMA test) and MRI (including the magnetic body and surface coil) were reported.
