非侵入式血管造影分析軟體於HR-MRI「黑血」影像掃描技術切面定位之應用

Improvement of Slice Position in Black-Blood MR Plaque Imaging using Automatic Slice-Localization Technique

摘要


磁振造影(Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI)可於非侵入性、無輻射等優勢條件下,取得高解析度醫學影像;故而被臨床視作腦血管疾病診斷主要檢查工具;其中又以「黑血」影像掃描技術(high-resolution black-blood MRI)所得血管壁影像,更可清晰有效地針對血管壁內粥狀硬化情況進行評估。本篇主要介紹應用非侵入式血管造影分析軟體_諾法(Non-invasive Optimal Vessel Analysis, NOVA)內建的三維血管定位功能(three-dimensional vessel localization),準確定位感興趣血管對應之垂直切面,減少人工作業所造成之人為誤差,高效且精確取得顱內血管壁影像,提供臨床對血管狹窄程度評估、顱內血管壁特徵等診斷資訊,以利鑑別早期腦中風程度及訂定最佳化疾病治療方案。

The advancement of high-resolution black blood MR imaging has potential to yield excellent visualization of plaque in vessels. However, it is uncertain to localize the imaging plane which is perpendicular to the vessel of interest. A noninvasive optimal vessel analysis (NOVA) computer model has been recently developed to allow calculation of volumetric blood flow through vessels in the cerebrovascular system. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the potential of NOVA system to improve the accuracy of slice position in black blood MR plaque imaging in patients with Atherosclerotic disease.
