以類電腦斷層影像搭配脊髓攝影輔助脈衝式高頻熱凝神經治療術之病例報告
Use Myelogram with Dyna CT to Assist Pulsed Radiofrequency-Case Report
摘要
脈衝式高頻熱凝神經治療術（pulsed radiofrequency, PRF）為現今一種普遍的疼痛控制方式，尤其是對於癌症轉移後造成的疼痛，能夠有效改善病患的生活品質。傳統上此一技術式會因定位準確與否影響整體治療效果，因此，為了增加治療上的效率以及準確性，且提升安全性，本案例結合了類電腦斷層造影（dyna computed tomography, dyna CT）與脊髓攝影來輔助神經治療術，利用三維影像導引（three dimensional image guiding）輔助醫師執行定位，降低治療過程中的風險性。

Pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) is a general treatment for pain controlling in nowadays. Especially for the patients who have suffered by bone metastasis, it is helpful for them to decrease the feeling of pain in daily life. Traditionally, the accuracy of localization effects the completion rate of treatment. Therefore, we use myelography in dyna computed tomography to promote the accuracy and the safety of pulsed radiofrequency, and decrease the risk of patient by three dimensional image guiding during the treatment.
