mRNA新冠疫苗引起的心肌炎在磁振造影上的表現-病例報告

摘要


自2019年底新冠肺炎(SARS-CoV-2)在全世界造成大流行,施打疫苗已被認為是有效解決這場疫病的有效方法之一。BioNTech(BNT162b2)COVID-19疫苗是含有SARS-CoV-2病毒棘蛋白之mRNA疫苗,已於2020年12月31日由世界衛生組織(World Health Organization, WHO)通過核准使用。本文紀錄兩位患者於施打此疫苗後,感到心臟不適就醫,在各項指標皆高度懷疑是因施打疫苗所造成心肌發炎的狀況下,接受心臟磁振造影施打對比劑的檢查,從影像上可以明顯診斷出心肌炎(acute myocarditis),提供臨床醫師治療上的幫助。

COVID-19 vaccination has been recognized as a useful method to overcome this epidemic disease. Since December 30,20201, World Health Organization(WHO)has issued interim recommendations for the use of the Pfizer BioNTech (BNT162b2) vaccine against COVID-19. According to WHO, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 mRNA vaccine is safe and effective. This study reported two cases who felt uncomfortable after COVID-19 mRNA (BNT) vaccination. All indicators are highly suspected to be due to myocardial inflammation caused by the vaccination. They received the contrast medium of the cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, acute myocarditis was diagnosed.
