應用科技接受模式探討護校學生對衛教註記系統之接受度

Applying Technology Acceptance Model to Investigate Nursing Students Acceptance of Annotation System

摘要


綜觀過去資訊科技應用於護理相關領域的研究中,大多數是探討使用者對資訊科技的接受度和使用行為,很少提及使用者的工作內容是否與資訊科技應用的適配度。有鑑於此,本研究以地區性衛生所中的實習護校學生為研究(pilot study)對象,輔以本研究所開發建置符合公共衛生護理實習課程之衛教註記系統,並以科技接受模式(technology acceptance model)為主要研究架構,將任務特性擴充至外部變數,以用來探討實習護校學生是否認為「衛教註記系統」所提供的功能符合工作上的需求,並進一步檢驗對「衛教註記系統」的接受度及使用意願等相關因素。由本研究所得數據得知,其整體解釋力R2值為 .68,顯示護校學生對衛教註記系統的滿意程度具有正向相關性之意願,意指本系統符合護校學生在工作上所需,且未來亦願意繼續使用本系統在衛教實習課程上。

There were a lot of researches about applying information technology into nursing field in the past. Most of researches have focused on the large-sized medical institution, however, there are a few studies about nursing students who practice in a regional medical unit, and then it cannot further understand the nursing students' acceptance of information technology. Therefore, participants in this pilot study were nursing students using proposed annotation system which meet the goal of public health nursing practice course in regional public health center. In addition, this study takes Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the main theory structure and extends task characteristic to external variables, which was investigated whether the functions of annotation system meets work requirements for nursing students and further test annotation system' acceptance, their behavioral intentions and relationships among these factors. According to the results of experiment, the predictive power is .68, which revealed nursing students are showing positive continuance intention towards this annotation system, and continuously using again in nursing practice course in the future.
