The New World Kirkpatrick Model所建議的評估項目,來蒐集參與小團體同儕督導的六次個案研討會後的27位居家服務督導員和180位照顧服務員的資料,以評估辦理照顧服務員的個案研討會的成果。
Home care workers have been treated as manual labors at lower end of profession due to policy discrimination and oppression. Home care workers have often been excluded from the learning opportunities in case conferences. It is necessary to conduct case conferences for home care workers to increase their problem solving ability and confidence and subsequently to empower and collaborate supervised relationship and system. This study employed the New World Kirkpatrick Model to collect quantitative data from 27 supervisors and 180 home care workers involved in 6 small group peer case conferences. All supervisors and home care workers gave positive feedback from case conferences in the study. The significant effect is on 4 levels. They are reaction, learning, behaviors, and result. Therefore, it can be used to initiate generalized case conferences for all home care workers in order to construct a home care supervision model with empowerment.
