論民生主義經濟思想之實踐與對台灣發展之啟示：以蔡英文2016年執政後為例

摘要

經濟思想乃是指一群人反映於經濟問題或政策等之一種想法、主張或意見，也是人們對於經濟所表達的一種原則性的見解，本文首先就民生主義經濟思想之立論基礎作一研究，作者從利他的經濟主義、人性的倫理根源及經濟的人生哲學等三方面來討論其立論的基礎，其次作者就民生主義經濟思想之發展演變來討論，分別就形成、萌芽茁壯與確立四階段來描述，再者針對學者所提出民生主義經濟制度論辯提供討論，最後便對於民生主義經濟思想之對蔡英文2016年執政後的當代台灣發展作一結論，期盼能夠找出民生主義經濟思想的價值與找出台灣當代發展問題。

Economic thinking is an idea, proposition, or opinion that a group of people reflects on economic issues or policies, etc. Economic thinking is also a principled opinion expressed by people on the economy. First, This article makes a research on the theoretical basis of the people's livelihood economic thought. The author discusses the basis of his argument from three aspects: altruistic economicism, ethical roots of human nature and economic life philosophy. Second, the author discusses the development and evolution of livelihood economic thought Third, the author provides a discussion on the debate about the livelihood economic system proposed by scholars Finally, the author draws a conclusion on the development of contemporary Taiwan after Tsai Ing-wen's administration in 2016. The author expects to be able to find out the value of the livelihood economic thinking and find out the contemporary development problems of Taiwan.
