新冠疫情下兩岸婚姻融合困境之研究
A Study on the Dilemma of Cross-Strait Marriage Integration under the COVID-19 Pandemic
摘要
不論在臺灣社會哪個政黨執政，兩岸婚姻已是兩岸和平穩定發展的重要因素，而其影響的程度，隨著歷史的發展，更顯的突出，並已不容忽視。2020年初至今，在一場新冠肺炎疫情影響之下，眾多大陸配偶及其婚生子女，因持大陸戶籍而無法入境臺灣，不僅造成眾多兩岸婚姻家庭分隔兩地無法團聚，加上臺灣社會輿論對於這群大陸配偶和婚姻子女的汙名化，使得眾多大陸配偶和其子女在生命歷程中出現了重要轉折，使其整體陷入政治與輿論雙重弱勢的困境。有鑒於兩岸婚姻家庭群體面臨的無助，直接造成了兩岸婚姻融合上的困境，本文將透過這次疫情的發展過程，探究當前兩岸婚姻家庭所遇到的問題，期望各界關注未來應當正視，及有效的幫助解決兩岸婚姻家庭現狀下遇到的窘境。

No matter which political party is in power in Taiwan, cross-strait marriage has become an important factor in the peaceful and stable development of the two sides of the strait, and the extent of its influence has become more prominent with the development of history and cannot be ignored. Since the beginning of 2020, because of the covid-19 epidemic, many mainland spouses and their children born in marriage have not been able to enter Taiwan because they hold mainland household registration. The stigma of this group of mainland spouses and their children has brought about an important turning point in the life of many of them, making them fall into the predicament of political and public opinion as a whole. In view of the helplessness faced by marriage and family groups on both sides of the strait, which directly caused the dilemma of marriage integration on both sides of the strait, this paper will explore the current problems encountered by marriage and family on both sides of the strait through the development of this epidemic. And effectively help solve the dilemma encountered in the current situation of marriage and family on both sides of the strait.
