五頻道心流理論初探

Exploratory Research of the Five-Channel Flow Theory

摘要


自Csikszentmihalyi提出心流的概念,神馳狀態、忘我、忘記時間…的心流理論,此概念被廣泛的探討,同時應用在休閒活動及各種不同的領域中。而至目前所修正心流產生路徑,計有三頻道心流、四頻道心流、八頻道心流,在這些心流研究中,主要是以訪談及經驗抽樣研究方法,對心流理論進行建構及修正。而心流是身、心、靈解放的最高境界,是一種循序漸進最優化的體驗,其產生的路徑是否可用目前的理論進行解釋、預測?仍是一個值得省思的問題。因此,本研究是以模型研究途徑進行切入,用Csikszentmihalyi的心流理論為基礎,再以數學思維方法進行一套有系統、有層次的數學邏輯思考,重新審視心流產生的路徑。研究結果發現,在高度沈浸及具挑戰與技巧的休閒行為中,其挑戰、技巧的落點呈現,是先由淡漠慢慢的進到身、心、靈解放的愉悅感覺,然後再提升到心流的體驗。所以,在原四頻道心流理論中,另增身、心、靈解放區域,形成五頻道心流理論;其次,在本研究中所建構心流關係性H={F|X,Y,F為「心流」,需X=Y or X≒Y且≥J},提出心流光譜距離、位階心流的概念。y「心流光譜距離」=(Ya-Y)+(Y-Yb),也就是兩個離偏量距離的總合。當挑戰的難度超過Ya(最高挑戰偏離量),此時就會進入焦慮區域;另挑戰低於Yb(最低挑戰偏離量),也就會進入無聊區域。最後,光譜距離的變化,會因不同時期、不同階段,而有不同的偏離量距離,也就是,初階心流、中階心流、高階心流,其光譜距離並非固定不變,會隨著個人挑戰、技巧複雜度的提高而改變其光譜距離。

Since Csikszentmihalyi put forward the concept of flow, the theory of flow experience, ecstasy, forgetting time... This concept has been widely discussed and applied in leisure activities and various fields at the same time. The revised flow generation paths so far include three-channel flow, four-channel flow, and eight-channel flow. Interviews and empirical sampling research methods are mainly used to construct flow theory in these studies. flow is the highest state of liberation of the human body, mind, and spirit, and it is a step-by-step optimization experience. Can the resulting path be explained and predicted by current theories? Still a question worth pondering. Therefore, this study is based on the model research approach, based on Csikszentmihalyi's flow theory, and then uses the mathematical thinking method to carry out a set of systematic and hierarchical mathematical logic thinking and re-examine the path of flow generation. The results of the study found that in highly immersive, challenging, and skillful leisure behaviors, the presentation of challenges and skills is first from indifference to a pleasant feeling of the liberation of body, mind, and spirit, and then elevated to the point of spiritual liberation. Therefore, in the original four-channel flow theory, the liberation area of body, mind, and spirit is added to form the five-channel flow theory; secondly, the flow relationship H = {F| X , Y,F= fLOW, Subject to X=Y or X≒Y and ≥ J }, and proposes the concept of flow spectral distance and level flow. The codey, which means flow spectral distance, equals (Ya-Y) + (Y-Yb), which is the sum of the two distances from the deviation. When the difficulty of the challenge exceeds Ya (the highest challenge deviation), it will enter the anxiety zone; if the challenge is lower than Yb (the lowest challenge deviation), it will enter the boring zone. Finally, the change of spectral distance will have different deviation distances due to different periods and different stages, that is, the spectral distances of primary flow, intermediate flow, and high-order flow are not fixed and will vary with spectral distance varies with individual challenges and skill complexity.
