文創科技人才培養：跨領域合作與多元化培育之路
Cultivation of Cultural and Creative Technology Talents: Cross-disciplinary Cooperation and Diversified Cultivation Paths
摘要
隨著文化創意產業蓬勃發展，為了應對環境快速變化所帶來的職場挑戰和不確定性，中華科技大學文創與數位多媒體系透過連續兩年執行教育部大專校院職涯輔導計畫，包括2020年「文化內容與科技創新」和2021年「文創遊戲 職涯創夢」，協助學生探索自我、深化技能，從職涯觀點出發，融入課程、設計活動，使學生受惠於職涯發展所帶來的學習與就業力提升之經驗。對於學生而言，瞭解現今職場需求、發掘自身職業價值，才能進而制定職涯規劃、強化職業技能，對其職涯發展帶來有效助益。為幫助學生建構職涯概念，本系將職涯融入專業課程，聚焦於「職涯發展」與「實作專題」，以「職涯策略」與「深化技能」為執行重心，使學生能將所學知能轉化為職場競爭力。總體來說，學生認為此計畫對其職業發展與專業技能甚有助益，有效幫助學生實現自己的職業抱負。

As the cultural and creative industry flourishes, in response to the workplace challenges and uncertainties brought about by rapid environmental changes, the Department of Cultural, Creative, and Digital Multimedia of China University of Science and Technology has implemented a two-year consecutive career counseling program sponsored by the Ministry of Education. This program includes the "Cultural Content and Technological Innovation" initiative in 2020 and the "Creative Industry Games: Career Dream" project in 2021. These initiatives assist students in self-exploration, skill deepening, and integrating career perspectives into the curriculum and design of activities. This approach allows students to benefit from the learning and employability enhancement experiences derived from career development. For students, understanding the current demands of the job market and uncovering their own professional value are essential steps to formulate career plans and enhance occupational skills. This process significantly benefits their career development. To assist students in developing a comprehensive career understanding, the department has seamlessly integrated career development into the professional curriculum. The curriculum places a strong emphasis on "career advancement" and "practical projects," with a specific focus on "career strategy" and "skill enhancement." This approach empowers students to effectively transform the knowledge and skills they acquire into a competitive edge in the workplace. Overall, students view this initiative as highly valuable for their career progression and professional skill development, effectively aiding them in achieving their career aspirations.
