全球面對此次疫情造成失業及失學潮,教育部更明確指出遠距教學是將來學校如因疫情停課時,提供安心就學措施相當重要的一環,因此本研究認為遠距教學是否提升學習者之學習成效與學習滿意度與是相當值得探討之議題,透過全面檢討實施同步遠距教學對學生學習滿意度之研究,以了解學生實際學習情形。本研究結論有:1.技術工具對互動與反饋有顯著正向影響;2.技術工具對學習成效有顯著正向影響;3.技術工具對學習滿意度無顯著影響;4.互動與反饋對學習成效有顯著正向影響;5.互動與反饋對學習滿意度有顯著正向影響;6.學習成效對學習滿意度有顯著正向影響;7.技術工具對學習滿意度的影響中,互動與反饋具有中介效果;8.技術工具對學習滿意度的影響中,學習成效具有中介效果。因此,本研究貢獻具有理論意義及實務意涵,期可供相關單位參考。
COVID-19 as a global pandemic has caused more unemployed workers and dropouts. According to the Ministry of Education, distance learning is an important measure of Stay Home Stay Safe Study Program if students are not allowed to go back to school to continue their study. Whether distance learning could improve students' learning effectiveness and satisfaction is an interesting research topic. In order to better understand students' actual learning context, the present study comprehensively explores students' learning satisfaction towards synchronous distance learning, and hopefully related educational institutions could see the practicality of the findings. The key findings are as follows. Firstly, technical tools have significant and positive effects on interactive response. Secondly, technical tools have significant and positive effects on learning effectiveness. Thirdly, technical tools have no significant effects on learning satisfaction. Fourthly, interactive response brings significant and positive effects on learning effectiveness. Fifthly, interactive response brings significant and positive effects on learning satisfaction. Sixthly, learning effectiveness brings significant and positive effects on learning satisfaction. Seventhly, for the influence of technical tools on students' learning satisfaction, interactive response is a mediator. Lastly, for the influence of technical tools on students' learning satisfaction, learning effectiveness is a mediator.
