工業4.0應用方案發展現況:德國、中國與台灣

The Application Solution for Industry 4.0 in Germany, China and Taiwan

摘要


推動工業4.0或智慧製造發展與應用,已成為許多國家近幾年提高製造業競爭力的重要策略。要實現工業4.0或智慧製造,需要仰賴智慧化機台、智慧機器人、智慧生產系統等,將傳統機械設備與感測器、物聯網、雲端運算、巨量資料、人工智慧、數位設計及模擬等技術深度整合的各種智慧機械與生產設備。因此本文的主要目的在介紹德國、中國及台灣近年來在工業4.0與智慧製造應用方案方面的發展現況,使讀者能瞭解應用方案發展趨勢及相關技術的可能整合模式。

Promoting the development and application of "Industry 4.0" or "Smart Manufacturing" has become an important strategy for many countries to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in recent years. Industrial 4.0 or smart manufacturing highly relies on intelligent machines, intelligent robots and intelligent production systems. Those intelligent equipment and production lines need to integrate key technologies and elements such as sensors, Internet of things, cloud computing, Big Data, artificial intelligence, digital design and simulation with them. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to introduce the development status of Germany, China and Taiwan in the field of industrial 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing applications. Development trend of application solutions and possible integration patterns of related technologies are introduced.
