石墨烯之超導性概論

Introduction to Superconducting Graphene

摘要


石墨烯為一新興固態材料,其特殊的物理特性不斷被揭露,近期又發現某些結構化石墨烯具有超導性。本文試以主要篇幅解釋其超導性,並與既有實驗數據比對,從而建立石墨烯超導性之判則,並期待協助推升國內石墨烯技術產業化。

Graphene is a newly developed two-dimensional substance, of which more and more physical properties have been disclosed by solid-state physics. Recently, superconductivity of some structural graphene has also been discovered. In this article, a methodology to judge the superconducting graphene is developed, in hopes of industrializing graphene in this country.
