近年來工業4.0的快速發展,網宇實體系統(cyber-physical system, CPS)已被廣泛應用於各領域中,並將生產線與虛擬環境間之資料進行緊密的連結與同步。為了改善台灣水五金產業缺工問題與產品少量多樣化的挑戰,必須透過發展智慧製造的生產模式,因此網宇實體機器人系統(cyber-physical robot cell, CPRC)在彈性研磨拋光製程中扮演著非常重要的角色,透過機器人模擬軟體可自動生成加工路徑,縮短教導作業時程,並使用物聯網監控場域資訊,回饋修正加工路徑,達成虛實整合之目標。本文將針對網宇實體機器人系統的感測層、通訊層與應用層分別做詳細的介紹。
With the rapid development of Industry 4.0 in recent years, Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) have been widely applied in many fields. Moreover, the information is closely connected and synchronized between the physical shop floor and the cyber computational space. In order to improve labor shortages and resolve the challenge of production, Taiwan's water hardware industry needs to develop the procedures for the intelligent manufacturing. A Cyber-Physical robot cell (CPRC) plays an important role in the grinding and polishing processes. Therefore, a robot simulator is utilized to overcome teaching procedure and create toolpath automatically. By using an IOT data collection module, feedback information can be applied to adjust toolpath to achieve the integration of cyber and physical systems. This article introduces the perception, network and application layers of the Cyber-Physical Robot Cell.
