幾何尺寸與公差(geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, GD&T)是工業技術中重要的關鍵,其深深影響產品的品質、成本與裝配難易度。為了保證零組件能順利進行裝配,且組裝完成後其功能與效能皆能達到運作標準,在設計階段透過尺寸鏈(dimensional chain)進行分析、運算,確定各個零組件之間的尺寸關係,審慎判斷各零組件的精度。本文將介紹現有的公差分析尺寸鏈軟體與相關技術,並提出一套結合即時量測技術與智能分析尺寸鏈之軟體規劃,該軟體可以輔助機械工程師建立公差標準與尺寸鏈而不需要經驗豐富的公差分析師協助,未來期望此套工程軟體可以被廣泛運用在開發端及工廠生產組裝端,有效率的節省開發時間及增加產品的品質,也能夠解決人員組裝配適時的匹配問題,循序漸進的引導台灣中、小企業邁入工業4.0的時代。
Geometric dimension and tolerance (GD & T) is essential in industrial technology as it deeply affects the quality of products, cost and the difficulty of assembling. In order to ensure the components can be successfully assembled and the function and performance of final assemblies meet operation standards also, designers can use dimension chain to analyze and check the accuracy and the relation between the dimensions of the components during design process. This article will introduce currently available software of GD&T, dimension chain analysis and related technology. Software that can integrate immediate measurement technology and intelligent analysis of dimension chain will be described. The software can support mechanical engineers to establish tolerance standards and dimension chain without relying on experienced tolerance analyst engineers. It is hoped that in the future the software can be widely used in product designing and quality management to help significantly reduce development and inspection time, and solve assembling problems. In the end, it will support Taiwanese small and medium enterprises in the transition of Industry 4.0.
