低鐵損劣化之薄型馬達矽鋼片成型製程技術研究

摘要


電磁損失約占總損失的70%,為馬達損耗的主要來源;且越大型的馬達,鐵損所佔比例越高。採用薄型且高品級的電磁鋼片,可有效改善鐵芯之電磁特性;然目前最常採用將其成形的沖壓方式,卻可能造成其鐵損值的劣化,而使其改善的成效不彰。本文目的即在探討如何透過沖壓參數的控制,減少電磁鋼片鐵損劣化值。
