高效率感應馬達複合轉子材料設計

Design of High Efficiency Induction Motor for Compound Rotor Material

摘要


本研究旨在針對感應馬達轉子複合導體材料之製程與效率,轉子導體採用鋁與銅二種複合材料組成,研究過程中利用有限元素分析,探討鑄鋁以及銅鋁複合轉子對感應馬達電流密度與效率的影響,分別以鑄鋁及銅鋁複合製作馬達實體進行測試,最後對馬達的效率進行討論。

The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between the manufacturing process of rotor and the efficiency of the induction motor. The composite rotor was made by two kinds of material, aluminum and copper. The general rotor was made by aluminum. We studied how rotor materials, cast aluminum and copper-aluminum composite rotor, affect the current density and efficiency by finite element analysis. The motors, made of two different rotor materials (cast aluminum and copper- aluminum), were tested. Finally, the efficiencies of the motors are discussed.
