摘要


日本機器人工業會公布統計數據,2017年日本工業機器人出貨額達到7,500億日圓,連續第4年呈現增長,創下歷史新高;日本機器人產業擁有一流的技術水準並在全世界佔有舉足輕重的地位,是長期的技術累積成果。任何一種新技術或新產品的誕生,都會影響該市場或特定產業的波動;人工智慧的再興也不例外,人工智慧在未來五至十年間很有可能完全取代現有機器人所運用的演算法,而大數據與雲 端運算的結合也將衝擊機器人市場的技術趨勢。本文將從九大要項分析日本如何實踐自動化的徹底運用,再從三大方向看日本電機大廠的機器人技術發展。

According to statistical data released by Japan Robotics Industry Association, Japan's industrial robot shipments reached 750 billion yen in 2017, which was the fourth consecutive year of growth and a record high. Japanese robotics industry owns top-notch technologies and holds a pivotal position in the world. The birth of any new technology or new product will fluctuate the market or specific industry. The re-emergence of artificial intelligence is no exception. Artificial intelligence will probably completely replace the algorithm used by existing robots in the next five to ten years. The combination of big data and cloud computing will also impact the technological trends of the robot market. In this article the applications of automation in Japan from nine key aspects is first analysed. Then it looked into the development of robotics technology in Japanese electrical motor makers from three different major directions is reviewed further in details.
