台灣智慧製造發展與應用的下一步

The Next Step in the Development and Application of Taiwan's Smart Manufacturing

摘要


透過智慧製造應用來實現製造能力變革,已成為諸多國家與企業因應社會、技術、環境、政策領域大趨勢的重要策略。台灣也透過智慧機械產業推動方案,發展各類智慧製造應用方案,以及在多種製造業推動智慧製造應用擴散。目前台灣在智慧製造方案發展與產業應用上已經取得初步成果。包括以智慧製造應用方案協助客戶實現製造能力變革,以智慧製造應用協助提升製造業競爭力與改善工作條件,衍生新的服務模式與新創企業。未來的重要發展方向包括:擴大應用方案發展範疇與項目,加速產業導入智慧製造應用,發展創新商業模式與新創企業、事業。

The improvement of manufacturing capability through smart manufacturing applications has become an important strategy for many countries and enterprises to respond to mega trends in society, technology, environment and policy. Taiwan also promotes smart manufacturing applications through the smart machinery industry promotion plan to develop smart manufacturing solutions and promote smart manufacturing applications in different manufacturing industries. At present, Taiwan has achieved important results in the development of smart manufacturing solutions and industrial applications. These results include improving manufacturing capabilities of customers by smart machinery, improving manufacturing competitiveness and working conditions, and creating new service models and start-ups. The important development directions in the future for Taiwan include: expanding the scope and items of smart manufacturing solutions, accelerating the implementation of smart manufacturing in more industries, and developing innovative business models and start-up companies.
