複合材料雷射加熱貼合之模型建構與數學分析

Modeling and Analysis of Composite Material Bonding by Using Laser Heating

摘要


熱塑性樹脂碳纖等複合材料現今已廣泛地應用在運動器材、汽車和航太領域。但是在碳纖帶滾壓貼合過程,加熱源的溫度梯度控制不當將會導致材料的翹曲和溢料等嚴重缺陷。為了減少這種缺陷問題,有必要進一步了解複合材料加熱貼合過程的材料表面溫度變化和溫度的空間分布狀況。因此,本研究發展一套用於預測溫度分佈的簡單熱傳模型並進行數學分析。

Currently, composite materials such as thermoplastic resin with carbon fibers have been used widely in sports equipment, automobile and aerospace applications. However, the temperature gradient induced by laser bonding process may result in significant defects such as warping and flashing. To alleviate such defects, the temperature variation with time and spatial distribution on the composite material surface during bonding process must be properly understood. Hence, in this study, a simple heat transfer model was developed to predict the temperature distribution and to perform mathematical analysis.
