Laser Industrial and Its Technology Development Trends

摘要

因應國際產業需求的發展，雷射產業與技術開始往5G半導體、智慧車輛製程需求發展，國內雷射產業以發展多年，已經深具基礎，但是為持續跟上國際腳步，雷射技術自主化需要加緊進行。本文將分析目前國外雷射產業發展趨勢，並描述未來數年內國際產業發展需要的關鍵技術，並透過雷射高值應用整合技術，分別開發可應用於上述產業製程需要的雷射源、高速掃描、超快雷射加工與雷射積層製造等關鍵技術，及提供國內廠商技術能量，協助國內產業打入國際市場。

In response to global industry needs, the laser industry and technology begin to develop towards 5G semiconductor and to fulfill requirement for smart vehicle process. The laser industry in Taiwan has been developed for many years and possesses solid deep foundation. This article will introduce current international trends of the laser industry, and describe the key technologies required for global industries in the next few years. Through integration of high-value laser technologies and developing key technologies such as laser sources, high-speed scanning, ultra-fast laser processing and additive manufacturing that are applicable to the above mentioned industries, the technology capabilities can be established so as to assist domestic manufacturers to enter the international market.
