台灣工廠智動化技術與案例介紹

Smart Manufacturing in Taiwan and Its Applications

摘要

工廠邁向智能化、智動化是目前全球的趨勢，除了硬體設備需要自動化，同時還要和所有相關製程進行串聯，利用「製造執行系統」進行整合，以達到高智能化生產的目標。本篇將會介紹兩個案例：一是導入工廠智動化的水上運具產業，另一個是智動化公差配置分析，透過案例分享來說明導入智動化技術的優缺點，並期望智動化技術可以幫助台灣傳統廠商提升競爭優勢。由於全球環保意識抬頭，若以監控觀點出發，從產品、機台、產線到工廠，透過智動化系統的層層把關，進而達到節能減碳與環境保護等效果，也能為綠色環境盡一份心力。

In addition to automation of equipment, the integration of manufacturing processes and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) can also help manufacturers improve manufacturing efficiency.
