摘要

台灣半導體產業規模龐大，更是全球重要生產基地，近來隨著製程進步，技術要求越來越高，雷射製程技術因精微細準特性，正好可以滿足半導體製程需要。雷射中心聚焦雷射製程技術自主，除高功率雷射切割／銲接技術與國產雷射源外，雷射精微加工技術正好可以滿足國內廠商需求，目前正在規劃成立半導體與電子產業先進雷射應用服務中心，將協助國內設備廠商解決高階組件取得與快速打樣測試問題，加速國產設備打進半導體供應鏈，本文將介紹國際雷射產業現況與此中心的規劃樣態。

With large scale developments, Taiwan's semiconductor industry has become an important production base in the world. Recently, with the progress of manufacturing process, the technical requirements are getting higher and higher. The laser process technology could meet the needs of semiconductor process due to its fine and precise characteristics. The Laser Center is planning to establish a laser application center in Taiwan for the semiconductor and electronics equipment industries. This article will introduce current status of the international laser industry and planning on the establishment of Laser Application Center.
