PCB產業智能化之應用

Intelligent Application for PCB Industry

摘要


近年來,工業4.0及智慧製造已經是現代製造產業鏈的發展趨勢,而PCB被稱為『電子工業之母』,印刷電路板被用來固定無數個積體電路與電子元件,再透過一條條銅導線串接在一起,大致上來說,PCB板類分為:軟板、硬板、軟硬複合板、IC載板、高頻高速板等;隨著5G市場的發展,同時帶動PCB產業的起飛,但PCB產業在工廠智能化的應用至今還有很大的進步空間,PCB產業的設備聯網能力亦逐年成長中。PCB廠透過製造執行系統(MES: Manufacturing Execution System),來輔助生產線的資訊透明化並提供管理者即時且精確的資料分析,降低生產線人員動作錯誤率,使整體產銷運作能更加順暢;並提供分析及稽核工具,以利企業資訊的即時掌握,企業資源能更有效整合,以提升企業競爭力。本文並以PCB(Printed Circuit Board)為例,說明智慧工廠所需相關技術實際應用介紹。

In recent years, the development trend of manufacturing industry has gravitated towards Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing. PCB, known as mother of the electronics industry, connects countless integrated circuits and electronic components through copper wires. PCB boards are categorized into FPCB, PCB, Rigid-flex PCB, IC Substrate, and High-frequency High-speed CB, etc. According to the survey conducted by Taiwan Printed Circuit Association (TPCA), even though the PCB industry has made great evolution in the factory intelligence application, there is only around 1% of the PCB manufacturing devices has networking capabilities. With the growth of the 5G technology market, the intelligent manufacturing still has plenty of room to grow. MES, Manufacturing Execution System, offers a transparent enterprise platform with efficient process and more precise deliverables. Utilizing MES can minimize the impact of the human factors, improve the management of the shop floor and optimize marketing operations. Cognitive analysis and audit tools are provided in MES to help companies optimize the resource integration and enhance the market competitiveness. This article uses Printed Circuit Board industry as an example to demonstrate the relevant technologies required for smart factories.
