數位分身近年來討論度不斷提升,其概念最早於2002年被提出,近年受惠於人工智慧、深度學習的演進,配合5G、AR/VR、IIoT技術逐漸成熟,數位分身的應用情境再度被拿出來討論,市場發展前景深受看好。根據國際市調報告預測,2020年數位分身市場規模達到31.5億美元,預計2026年將來到482.7億美元。工業4.0是驅動數位分身市場成長的主要原因,透過無人化、自動化以及自主學習的能力,企業可大幅縮減產品開發時程與降低研發成本。本文將檢視近年來製造業導入數位分身的發展現況、企業導入原因與實施後的優勢,並進一步分析台灣未來在市場中扮演的角色與發展。

The discussion of digital twin has been increasing in recent years. Its concept was first proposed in 2002. In recent years, benefited from the development of artificial intelligence and deep learning along with the maturity of 5G, AR/VR, and IIoT technologies, the application scenarios of digital twins have been discussed again, and the market development prospects are very optimistic. According to the forecast of global market research, the digital twin market was US$3.15 billion in 2020 and is expected to reach US$48.27 billion by 2026. Industry 4.0 is the main reason driving the growth of the digital twin market. Through unmanned, automated and self-learning capabilities, companies can significantly reduce product development time and reduce R&D costs. This article reviews the current development of digital twin in the manufacturing industry. Investigates the reasons and advantages of implementation, and further analyze Taiwan's future role and development in the market.
