雷射加工智能化發展與應用趨勢

摘要


雷射之應用領域廣泛且多樣,近來因為雷射源技術的突飛猛進,隨著不同應用產業之開發,雷射產業逐年成長。雷射應用於材料加工(Material Processing)已經超越光通訊與光儲存成為全球雷射最大的應用領域,再加上雷射源的可控性,使得雷射可以很容易與自動化模組或設備連結。透過系統整合並導入智慧化,成為智慧製造的重要一環。因應智慧製造需求,雷射加工走向智能化趨勢。雷射大廠相繼開發智能化技術,雷射中心亦建立先進雷射應用服務中心,開發智能化系統與機聯網技術以提高可靠度及產品品質;建立智慧工廠,優化生產,獲得最佳效益。

The application field of laser is wide and varied. Recently, due to the rapid advancement of laser source technology, the laser industry has grown year by year with the development of different application industries. The application of lasers to material processing has surpassed optical communication and optical storage to become the world's largest application field of lasers. Coupled with the controllability of the laser source, laser can be easily connected to automation modules or equipment. Through system integration and introduction of intelligence, laser has become an important part of smart manufacturing. In response to the demand for smart manufacturing, laser processing is moving towards smarter trends. Large laser factories have successively developed intelligent technologies, and ITRI LAMC has also established its Advanced Laser Processing Service Center (ALASC) and developed intelligent systems and machine networking to improve reliability and product quality; establish intelligent factories to optimize production and obtain the best benefits.
