伺服機電整合技術

Design of Servo System in Integrated Studio

摘要


伺服機電模組為現今工業化設備動力控制單元,影響整體設備輸出性能。因此,如何快速開發伺服機電模組成為目前業者主要需求,透過開發馬達數位設計軟體與馬達硬體模擬模組來輔助伺服機電模組研製,可加速開發進程。本文採用馬達設計軟體透過連結有限元素軟體來產出數位雙生模型,以協助馬達設計開發;馬達硬體模擬模組用來輔助馬達驅動器開發,將馬達硬體模擬模組與馬達驅動器以實際硬體方式連接,透過硬體在環概念,實現馬達驅動器功能模擬測試,降低開發風險與成本。透過馬達數位設計軟體與馬達硬體模擬模組的整合,協助伺服機電設計,達到虛實整合之目標,提升國產伺服機電模組之競爭力。

The servo electromechanical module is the power control unit of today's industrial equipment, which affects the output performance of the overall equipment. Therefore, how to quickly develop servo electromechanical modules has become the main demand of the industry. By developing motor digital design software and motor hardware simulation modules to assist the development of servo electromechanical modules, the development process can be accelerated. In this article, the motor design software is used to generate a digital twin model by linking the finite element software to assist in the motor design. And the hardware simulation module is used to assist in the development of the motor driver. With the concept of Hardware in the Loop, by connecting the hardware simulation module and the driver, the function simulation test of the motor driver is realized, reducing the risk and the cost.Through the integration of motor digital design software and motor hardware simulation modules, assist servo electromechanical design, achieve the goal of virtual-real integration, and enhance the competitiveness of domestic servo electromechanical modules.
