微型空氣粒子計數器開發

Development of Remote Air Particle Counter

摘要


在光電半導體先進製程中,為防止空氣中落塵微粒造成線路斷路或層間沾黏,常以粒子計數器(particle counter)來監控預警環境空氣粒子數量變化。粒子計數器一般為機台移動式或手持式,以往是以此設備針對重點區域進行定時定點抽測。隨著工業4.0的發展,粒子計數器須能符合產線可大量佈點的需求進行24小時監控,甚至安裝至機台內量測。工研院量測技術發展中心基於產業的需求,開發具備長效/微型/物聯網設計之微型空氣粒子偵測器產品。

In the advanced manufacturing process of optoelectronic semiconductors, in order to prevent line breakage or interlayer adhesion caused by dust particles in the air, particle counters are often used to monitor and warn changes in the number of ambient air particles. Particle counters are generally mobile or hand-held. In the past, this equipment was used to conduct regular and fixed-point sampling tests on key areas. With the development of Industry 4.0, the particle counter must be able to meet the needs of a large number of distribution points on the production line for 24-hour monitoring, and even be installed in the machine for measurement. Based on the needs of the industry, the Industrial Technology Research Institute, Center for Measurement Standards develops remote air particle counter products with long-term / miniature / Internet of things designs.
