Digital Twin Platform for Virtual Machine Tool

摘要


隨著歐盟於2023年1月正式公布碳關稅法案(CBAM),並於2023年10月試行實施徵碳關稅,2026年正式生效,此法規加速全球淨零碳排的腳步,面對節能減碳的全球趨勢轉變,對以出口導向的國內工具機產業來說,將面臨新的挑戰與契機,因此,國內工具機產業積極布局節能減碳、工具機數位雙生、遠距模擬協作等陸續崛起的市場需求,加速相關技術的開發。本文以目前工具機產業中,重點開發的虛實整合技術為例,藉由生產過程中事先模擬加工與調適,確保產品上機加工後的品質要求,透過此技術,可降低人為參數調整及重複試加工的過程,提高加工效率,實現低碳智慧製造。本文將針對近年來於智慧製造技術中,工具機數位雙生技術的發展及開發案例進行說明,提供讀者在工具機數位雙生技術領域的參考。

Therefore, the domestic machine tool industry is actively developing technologies such as energy conservation and emissions reduction, machine tool digital twins, and remote simulation collaboration. This article will take the virtual integration technology, which is a key development in the machine tool industry, as an example. By simulating and adjusting the machining process in advance during production, the quality requirements of the product after machining on the machine can be ensured. This technology can reduce the process of manual parameter adjustment and repeated trial machining, improve machining efficiency, and achieve low-carbon intelligent manufacturing. This article will explain the development and development cases of machine tool digital twin technology in recent years in intelligent manufacturing technology, providing readers with reference in the field of machine tool digital twin technology.
