摘要


文從電動車驅控器功率密度的重要性切入,以US Drive所設定的2025年藍圖目標為標竿,檢討分析目前國際現況技術水準。透過解析驅控器關鍵組件,從體積占比及軟硬體技術指標作為提升功率密度的優化方向,並扣合近年國際論文技術發展方向,帶出工研院機械所智慧車輛組的研發現況,且與國際現況產品的比對分析做為參考,期能超越美國US Drive所設定的功率密度藍圖目標,進而帶動國內產業技術發展。

Starting from the importance of power density in electric vehicle traction inverter, this article reviews the current international technical standards based on the 2025 blueprint goals set by the US Drive Association. By analyzing the key components of the traction inverter, this article takes volume ratio and hardware and software technical indicators as the optimization direction for improving power density, and combines the development direction of international trends in recent years to bring out the current research and design status of the Intelligent Mobility Technology Division in Industrial Technology Research Institute. By comparing and analyzing the current international benchmark products as a reference, we hope to surpass the power density blueprint target set by US Drive in the United States, thereby driving the development of domestic traction inverter technology.
