從臺灣競技啦啦隊發展現況談中國普及化及競技化的困境

A Discussion on the Predicament of Popularization and Competition on China From the Perspective of the Current Development of Team Cheer in Taiwan

摘要


中國啦啦隊運動發展多年,舞蹈啦啦隊發展頗有建樹,但在競技啦啦隊的發展上卻停滯不前,反觀臺灣在競技啦啦隊普及化以及競技化上都有傑出的表現,因此透過文獻分析比較中國與臺灣在各方面的發展有何異同之處,並以半結構式訪談競技啦啦隊推展之相關人士,找出中國目前發展問題與困境,所得到的資料以三角檢核法方式,選取1位質性研究專家、1位啦啦隊專家以及1位運動推廣領域專家,對於結論與建議進行檢核,以確保研究之信實度。得到的結果發現中國目前的發展問題與困境包含:一、各階層師資稀缺;二、競技啦啦隊與舞蹈啦啦隊的不平衡發展;三、未發展社會隊伍;四、前景與發展受限;五、國土面積龐大的距離問題;六、競賽體系尚未完善。研究結果提出以下結論:一、政策與制度令大多教練傾向於發展舞蹈啦啦操;二、缺乏競技啦啦隊教練專項培訓導致其師資的稀缺;三、未設置運動員等級以及參賽歲數限制導致前景與發展的受限;四、國土面積過大與競賽體制不完善是社會隊伍建置的最大阻礙。最後根據結論給予研究建議,期望給予中國競技啦啦隊相關工作者未來的方向作參考。

China's cheerleading have developed for many years, and the development of performance cheer has made great achievements, but the development of team cheer has stagnated. On the other hand, Taiwan has made outstanding achievements in the popularization and competition of team cheer. Therefore, through literature analysis, this paper compares the similarities and differences between China and Taiwan in various aspects, and interviews with relevant people in the promotion of team cheer in a semi-structured way to find out the current development problems and difficulties in China. The obtained data were checked, fed back and suggested to be revised by six experts by Delphi method. Finally, a qualitative research expert, a cheerleader expert and a sports promotion expert were selected by triangle checking method to check the conclusions and suggestions to ensure the reliability of the research. The results are China's current development problems and predicament include the following 6 points: (1) Teachers from all walks of life are scarce. (2) The development of team cheer and performance cheer is unbalanced. (3) No social team has been established. (4) Limited prospects and development. (5) The distance problem of huge land area. (6) The competition system is not perfect. Finally, according to the research results, the following conclusions are put forward: (1) Policies and institutions make most coaches tend to develop performance cheer. (2) The lack of special training for team cheer coaches leads to the scarcity of its teachers. (3) The lack of athlete levels and the age of participation are limitations that limit prospects and development. (4) Excessive land area and imperfect competition system are major obstacles to the establishment of social teams. Finally, according to the conclusion, some research suggestions are given, hoping to give reference to the future direction of Chinese team cheer.
