關於強化工作類型於工作日誌系統運用之研究

摘要


由於主管常因需要對上級作彙整報告,但卻無法即時獲得員工作業現況,以了解現有組織人力於內外各部門間的時間投入及資源分佈情況,便於未來工作團隊人力調度,因此需要有一套資訊系統將工作日誌數位化作為人、事、物等各類事項規劃的支援管理系統。本論文研究透過標準化‘工作類型’種類有助於工作日誌系統收集相關資訊,進行數據分析及診斷,作為問題研判及人力資源、工作分配之改善依據,在品質、時程、範圍等資源的取捨中達成目標。
