摘要

目前企業及政府單位的營運已大量應用網路服務，帶來很大的效率及方便性。本研究根據行動商務概念提出一個供牙醫診所使用的智慧型牙醫掛號管理系統。病人可以很方便的在手機的APP上進行預約掛號，查詢預約及取消掛號等工作。由於掛號資訊已儲存在資料庫中，護士可以方便有效率的利用後端管理系統管理病人資料，此外，針對病人取消掛號的智慧型自動補位處理，系統根據病人之申請後補之狀態、習慣就診時間及距離診所遠近等因素，尋找適當的病人，系統透過APP進行補位之動作，完全不需人工介入，提升了很大的效率及減少了很多的人力成本，也大大方便了病人的掛號事宜。

At present, the operation of enterprises and government has been heavily implemented on network services. Consequently, great efficiency and convenience are obtained. This study presents a smart dentist registration management system for dental clinics based on the concept of mobile-commerce. The patient can do the appointment registration, booking and cancel the registration and so on conveniently using the APP in the smart phone. As the registered information has been stored the database system, nurses can easily use the back-end management system to manage patient information. In addition, for the intelligent automatic fill process of the cancellation of the registration, the system will find the appropriate patient to fill the vacancy based on his/her habitual treatment time and distance. This process can be done through the APP completely without human intervention. This enhances the great efficiency and reduces a lot of labor costs, but also greatly facilitates the patient registration matters.
