清代侍衛等級新探

A New Interpretation of the Levels of shiwei in the Qing Dynasty

摘要

侍衛制是清代一項重要制度，研究卻相當匱乏。本文爬梳史料，糾正了學界在侍衛等級問題上的諸多錯誤，如「御前侍衛」和「乾清門侍衛」亦分等，「前鋒侍衛」不屬於侍衛系統，「頭等侍衛」等同於「一等侍衛」，「四等侍衛」並非僅用於宗室三等侍衛降黜後的等級。本文還從方志等諸多史料出發，認為「御前侍衛」或有廣義與狹義之分，視語境而定；並對「大門侍衛」這一學界從未有過探討的名詞給予解釋。

Shiwei is an important and unique system in the Qing dynasty, but the research about this issue is quite scarce. In this article the author corrects many errors about the shiwei system in the Qing dynasty; for instance, yu qian shiwei and Qianqingmen shiwei are also divided into four levels, qianfeng shiwei does not belong to the shiwei system, toudeng shiwei is equivalent to yideng shiwei, sideng shiwei is not only for dismissing zongshi shiwei down to the lower level. Additionally, this article checks the definition of damen shiwei, which has never been discussed or explained before. And also, after checking lots of chronicles and other historical archives, the author supposes there are two definitions of yuqian shiwei, depending on the contexts and historical situations.
