保險物聯網、InsurTech新趨勢之探討-以我國產險業UBI保險為例

摘要


台灣保險業者提供互聯網行動投保理賠等服務逐漸普遍,在InsurTech保險科技下,強化保險物聯網,儼然為保險業能否勝出的關鍵。本研究探討物聯網保險業與消費者關係互動的程度,因汽車險保費占總保費比重53%,因此本研究以「UBI保險」為研究樣本,利用問卷調查法,採隨機抽樣398份有效樣本。問卷探究網路技術、物聯網金融和O2O營銷模式運用,物聯網行銷可行性,利用單因子變異數、逐步迴歸分析,提出適合保險物聯網實施方向。研究結果顯示信度效度皆大於0.7,物聯網保險行銷的便利性是正向關聯的,對內部強化也具正向影響,外部環境資訊的明確性對信任是有正向相關性。消費者對於物聯網保險投保意願高,但在初始保費折扣議題上,消費者與保險公司的看法較分歧。

The insurance industries in Taiwan provide Internet action insurance claims services gradually popular. This study explores the extent to which the interaction between the IOT, By using "UBI insurance" as a sample, The main content of the questionnaire is to explore the feasibility of P2P network technology, Internet of Things and O2O marketing model. The results show that Reliability Analysis was highly reliable, The convenience of the insurance IOT marketing was positive and had a positive impact on internal strengthening. Most consumers were willing to be insured through the insurance IOT. And discount issues, consumers were disagreed with insurance industries.
