高雄市國小教師A型行為組型者與B型行為組型者休閒動機與休閒滿意度之研究

A Study of Leisure Motivation and Leisure Satisfaction among Elementary School Teachers in Kaohsiung City of Type A Behavior Pattern and Type B Behavior Pattern

摘要


本研究旨在探討高雄市國小教師A型、B型行為組型者與不同背景變項者對休閒動機與休閒滿意度之差異情形,及休閒動機與休閒滿意度之相關情形。本研究以量化研究進行調查,抽樣方法為配額抽樣,發出問卷325份,共回收有效問卷300份,有效回收率92.3%。使用SPSS22.0版for Windows套裝軟體進行分析,統計方法採用敘述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析、雪費法事後比較與Pearson積差相關,研究結果發現:一、高雄市國小教師行為組型現況A型行為組型者佔全體26%;B型行為組型者佔全體49%。二、高雄市國小教師休閒動機現況達中上水準,主要休閒動機為「心理滿足」。三、A型、B型行為組型之高雄市國小教師在休閒動機有顯著差異,B型行為組型教師休閒動機顯著高於A型行為組型教師休閒動機。四、高雄市國小教師休閒滿意度現況達中上水準,主要休閒滿意度為「社會」。五、A型、B型行為組型之高雄市國小教師在休閒滿意度有顯著差異,B型行為組型教師休閒滿意度顯著高於A型行為組型教師休閒滿意度。六、高雄市國小教師整體休閒動機與整體休閒滿意度達顯著正相關。希望本研究結果能提供相關單位作為發展教師休閒活動的參考,藉由參與合適的休閒活動,減緩其在職場上的壓力,輔導、協助教師降低A型行為組型。

This study was aimed at probing into different statistical results in leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction due to Type A、Type B Behavior Pattern and different population backgrounds of elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City, also, the purpose of this study was to find out relationships of leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction. Quantitative research method and quota sampling were adopted in this study. In total, 325 copies of questionnaires surveys were collected, and 300 valid questionnaires were returned with a rate of 92.3%. The data was collected and processed with the IBM SPSS 22.0 as the tool of statistical analysis to run the results of descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, Scheffé's method, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The results were as follows:(1)There were 26% of elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City belong to Type A Behavior Pattern; and 49% of elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City belong to Type B Behavior Pattern.(2)The situation of leisure motivation reached to medium-high level, and "Psychological Satisfaction" was the highest aspect.(3)Significant differences were found in the degree of leisure motivation of elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City for Type A、Type B Behavior Pattern. Elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City of Type B Behavior Pattern had stronger motivation than those of Type A Behavior Pattern.(4)The situation of leisure satisfaction reached to medium-high level, and "Society" was the highest aspect.(5)Significant differences were found in the degree of leisure satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City for Type A、Type B Behavior Pattern. Elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City of Type B Behavior Pattern felt more satisfied than those of Type A Behavior Pattern.(6)Positive correlation between leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction was observed among elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City.In conclusion, based on the study results, specific recommendations for schools and related educational institutions for developing leisure activites were proposed. Hopefully, through doing suitable leisure activites, teachers could feel less stressed while working, and Type A Behavior could be decreased.
