鴻禧美術館館員文物危機管理之環境知覺研究

摘要


從博物館的五大功能以及國際上各種博物館組織對於博物館的定義,可以確認博物館是一個難以被取代的文物保存機構。但弔詭的是,從國內外各種統計數字及研究報導也顯示博物館並不一定是最安全的文物典藏機構。對於文物的保存與安全的維護工作,博物館或以成立公關部門負責危機處理,或者成立保存科學部門,進行文物損壞後的補救性修復,卻往往忽視了以積極性的態度抱持預防重於治療的觀念,追根究底從管理層面就造成文物損壞最主要的「人」的因素,建立館員日常工作的危機意識做起。文物保存的危機,可能隨時發生於每一個與文物有機會接觸的人,這些與文物安全保存有密切關係的「利益關係人」便成為探討危機管理的關鍵因素。究竟危機意識如何形成?組織運作又如何影響危機管理效能?本文試圖從環境行為學的角度,分析鴻禧美術館館員對於文物保存危機意識形成之認知地圖及空間知覺歷程,以作為相關議題後續研究的基礎。

According to five functions of museum and a definition of any other international organization of museum, is sure that museum is hard to substitute for cultural properties conservation organization But it was so bizarrely, according to some statistical data and research-paper from inside and outside the country, museum not always safely. For Cultural Properties' conservation and securities, it is always set up the department of publie relations to sustained duty, or set up the department of conservation science for remedially repair. They always overlook that prevention is better than cure with adopt activism. To rise one question after another, the people were the main elements of cultural properties damage. The damage disaster may be happen from everybody who is have any opportunities to make contact with cultural properties. In order to increase the management effect, it should cultivate disaster consciousness by stuff normal working everyday. This paper tried to sight by environment-behaviorism, with a case study of Chang-foundation to induct the stuff how to mapping and recognizing the disaster consciousness in order to set up the basic issue study for after another.
