雲嘉南地區之淡水蝦蟹類相
On the Freshwater Shrimps and Crabs from the Three Southwestern Counties Yunlin, Chiayi and Tainan of Taiwan

臺灣西部的雲林，嘉義及臺南等三縣之淡水蝦，蟹類，經本研究之調査，發現有十五種之多。其中淡水蝦有二科四屬九種，其中屬於陸封性的有六種，分別是：粗糙沼蝦M. asperulum （von Martens，1868），日本沼蝦M. nipponense （de Haan，1849），多齒新米蝦N. denticulata （de Haan，1844），鋸齒米蝦C. serrata （Stimpson，1860），臺灣米蝦C. formosae Hung，Chan and Yu。1993及擬多齒米蝦C. pseudodenticulata Hung，Chan and Yu，1993，其中後二種爲臺灣特有種。洄游性的種類有三種，分別是大和沼蝦M. japonicum （de Haan，1849），潔白長臂蝦P con cinnus Dana，1852及長額米蝦C. Iongirostre ll。Milne Edwards，1837。淡水蟹在本區發現有四科四屬六種，此六種均爲臺灣特有種，分別是臺灣南海溪蟹N，formosanum。臺灣束腰蟹taiwanensis Bott，1968，厚圓澤蟹G. ancylophallus Shy，Ng and Yu，1994，楠西澤蟹G. nanhsi Shy，Ng and Yu，1994，黃綠澤蟹G. olea Shy，Ng and Yu，1994及拉氏清溪蟹C rathbuni（de Man，1914）。

Fifteen species of freshwater shrimps and crabs were found in Yunlin, Chiayi and Tainan counties of southwestern Taiwan. This includes nine species of freshwater shrimps and six species of freshwater crabs. Six species of the shrimps are land-locked. They are Macrobrachium asperulum (von Martens, 1868), M. nipponense (de Haan, 1849), Neocaridina denticulata (de Haan, 1844), Caridina serrata (Stimpson, 1860), C. formosae Hung, Chan and Yu, 1993 and C. pseudodenticulata Hung, Chan and Yu,1993. The other three species of shrimps, namely M. japonicum (de Haan, 1849), Palaemon concinnus Dana, 1852 and C. longirostris H. Milne Edwards, 1837, are amphidromous. All six species of crabs are endemic to Taiwan, they are Nanhaipotamon formosanum (Parisi, 1916), Somanniathelphusa taiwanensis Bott, 1968, Geothelphusa ancylophallus Shy, Ng and Yu, 1994, G. nanhsi Shy, Ng and Yu, 1994, G. olea Shy, Ng and Yu, 1994 and Candidiopotamon rathbuni (de Man, 1914).
