Recently, Japan has been conceiving "Long-stay" as focused travel issue; regarded as orange economy in Taiwan. Based on the perspectives, this study namely aims at developing the competiveness indicators for the long-stay industry of Taiwan via SWOT techniques by means of literature review analysis and in-depth interview method. According to the above arguments, this study may state and represent the competitiveness of the long-stay industry of Taiwan, positioning the target market, and establishing the key indicators of business operation and management to reinforce the development of orange economy.
