In light of the industrial trend in tourism, English proficiency, which has been critically interpreted as communicative skill cultivation and application required for industrial practitioners and undergraduate students, has been crucially noticed and emphasized among educational institutions and tourism industry. The study mainly aims at constructing the English curriculum design for tourism field which infused from the perspective of ESP. Meanwhile, the modified Delphi method was employed to determine and assure the course contents of ESP curriculum design for tourism derived from the consensus of educators, who have/had owned tourism English teaching experiences for more than five years in related to the tourism departments of universities and ought to hold a master's degree in tourism or related fields from foreign universities. In this study, the results showed that two criteria of ESP curriculum design for tourism field constructed, and eight courses contained respectively. Furthermore, it also reveals Taiwan's tourism English educators or practitioners ought to facilitate students to enhance English proficiency and boost English communicative skills.
