一、說明國軍休假相關規定,係遵國防部相關權責單位訂定原則,由各單位依不同任務特性訂定後公佈施行。二、國軍休假自民國91年起開始依行政院公布公務人員休假日數辦理,另依年資可實施個人慰勞假,且針對事假、病假、婚假、娩假、陪產假、喪假等均有明令訂定。三、國軍人員在不影響部隊任務及戰備考量之原則下,依規定辦理休假,若因戰備任務影響正常假期,應有相關補休作業。四、人員休假係人事勤務中之一環,人事勤務亦包括在內部管理工作中。事實上,人員休假將影響部隊整體士氣良窳,而部隊士氣良窳則影響內部管理工作及部隊訓練成效。五、落實單位互助組工作有助凝聚單位人員向心力,提高部隊工作士氣。

Each the military unit should implement the leave regulations under the compliance terms by different task features. 2. Military annual holidays have been accommodated with the government agencies work calendar which announced by DGPA (Directorate-General of Personnel Administration) since 2002. In addition, the military personnel shall be eligible for annual leave at a rate corresponding to the length of continuous service. And there are explicitly set out for personal leave, medical leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave and bereavement leave, ect. 3. The military personnel should take leaves without affecting the combat readiness and apply for leave accordance with the provisions. If the mission requirements postponed the holiday, it should have compensatory leave as soon as the mission has been accomplished. 4. The vacation scheme is one of the personnel service regarding to the internal managements. It is the important measurements to the morale of the military. Furthermore, it will directly impact the internal management and the training results. 5. The military should implement the mutual-aid team in order to enhance the troops cohesive and centripetal.
