海上守護者－認識美軍新一代神盾系統AN/SPY-6之雷達技術

摘要
一、美國神盾系統係全世界最先進的空中預警與地面整合系統，而配置新一代AN/SPY-6雷達是為了讓艦艇能有效對抗複雜的空中威脅，並彈性運用作戰武器系統。二、AN/SPY-6具開放式架構與相關先進技術，且依據不同時程與作戰需求，不斷精進其作戰時的反應速度、抗干擾能力、監偵能力與整體防空、打擊能力；透過AN/SPY-6雷達研製過程可發現，美海軍雷達逐步朝向此架構發展，提升對全空域目標的探測能力，並將彈道飛彈防禦與傳統防空模式整合進單一系統，以增進神盾級艦在多任務領域的作戰能力。三、AN/SPY-6是神盾系統的眼睛，具備不同以往的高目標更新率、資訊整合能力、高靈敏度的目標識別能力等優越性能；另對於盟邦國家而言，除了多次在航行上展現美國的戰略底線外，更為我國新一代軍艦作戰系統提供明確的發展方向。

The U.S. Navy's Aegis missile defense system is the most advanced early warning and ground integration system in the world, and the new generation AN/SPY-6 radar is configured to enable ships to effectively combat complex air threats and flexibly use combat weapon systems. 2. AN/SPY-6 has an open architecture and advanced technologies. Based on different time schedules and operational requirements, it is able to improve its reaction speed, anti-interference ability, monitoring capability, overall air defense and strike capability. Through the AN/SPY-6 radar development process, it can be found that the US Navy radar gradually moves toward an open architecture, enhances the detection capability of the entire airspace target, and integrates the ballistic missile defense and the traditional air defense mode into a single system to enhance the Aegis ship's capability to Combat in the mission area. 3. AN/SPY-6 radar is the eye of the Aegis system. It has different superior performances such as high frame rate, information integration capability and high sensitivity target recognition ability. For the ally, in addition to showing the United States many times on the voyage beyond the strategic bottom line, it provides a clear development direction for Taiwan's new generation of warship combat systems.
